LINDA JANE KUFFERT

Linda was born Sept. 19, 1941 to the late Curtis and Ruth (Oermann) Thomas in York, Pennsylvania. Linda loved to teach, having served as an elementary school teacher in several Lutheran schools for over 20 years. She was a faithful Christian who loved studying the Bible and sharing her faith with others. Her fervent desire was for everyone to receive the free gift of salvation through Jesus.

Linda is survived by her beloved husband of 59 years, Doug Kuffert, three daughters, Kirsten (Scott) Nickel, Kathy (Greg) Oman, and Karen Kuffert. Linda was also a treasured ‘Oma’ to her grandchildren, Emily (Min), Zach (Laura), Evan (Shannon), Ashley, her great-granddaughters, Eva, Elisa, Emma, and her sister, Susanne.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, Dec. 2, 2022 at St. Paul Lutheran Church – Hubbard Lake from 10 a.m. until the service celebrating Linda’s new life with Jesus beginning at noon with the Rev. Joseph Llewellyn officiating. In lieu of flowers please consider a memorial donation to St. Paul Lutheran Church – Hubbard Lake. The family has entrusted McWilliams Funeral Home with arrangements.
