JOYCE KISSAU

Joyce Elizabeth Tucker was born Jan. 27, 1933, in Alpena to the late Lawrence and Irene (Luscombe) Tucker. On Aug. 1, 1953, she married Arnold Kissau. Joyce was a member of Hope Lutheran Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family, baking, and playing cards.

Surviving are her husband, Arnold; four children, Deborah (Donald) Schiellerd, David (Mollie) Kissau, Pamela (Scott) Clark, Scott (Lori) Kissau; seven grandchildren, Bradley (Lindsey) Schiellerd, Nicholas (Erica) Kissau, Kayla (Tobias) Gutjahr, Brian (Kasey) Schiellerd, Tasha (Jacob Johnson) Kissau, Ashley Clark and Elyse Kissau; eight great-grandchildren, Rylee, Keegan, Lucille, Ella, Brigitta, Calvin, Bryce and Parker; brother, Mike (Kathy) Tucker; brother-in-law, Gene Mayfield; sister-in-law, Donna Badder; numerous nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Kissau was preceded in death by her siblings, JoAnn Liske, Dick Tucker, William Tucker, Jane Bartz, Mary Siegert, Nancy Mayfield, and Lois Bouchard.

Mrs. Kissau is at Hope Lutheran Church, Hubbard Lake. Visitation will take place on Monday, Nov. 21, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and funeral service to follow with the Rev. Dr. Bryan R. Salminen officiating. Arrangements have been made by the Bannan Funeral Home.
