JOY BERNDT

Joy was born Jan. 12, 1950, to the late William and Gertrude (Neumann) Berndt. She worked at Alpena City Hall distributing mail and NEMROC. Joy was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church.

Surviving are her two brothers, Paul (Rebecca) Berndt, Ron (Brenda) Berndt; and several nieces and nephews. Joy was preceded in death by her brother James Berndt.

Visitation will take place Friday at Bannan Funeral Home from 10 a.m. until the funeral service at 12 p.m. with the Rev. James Erickson officiating.

Interment: Evergreen Cemetery
