HALL, Frances, 86, of Black River, died on Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2022, at home.

Visitation will take place at Karpus Hunter & Ross Funeral Home on Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2022, from 11 a.m. until the time of funeral service at 1 p.m. with Pastor Joe Collins officiating.
