DENISE LOUISE CRANDALL

Denise Louise Burgess was born Jan. 13, 1957, in Panguitch, Utah to the late Marion and Louise (Clark) Burgess.

Surviving are her daughter, Darcy (Ken) Thomson; three grandchildren, Cody (Cammy) Carpenter, Wesley (Jasmine Childers) Hall, Kendra Thomson; five great grandchildren, Jaxson Hall, Cydnee Carpenter, Emmett Williamson, Holly Thomson, Silas Hall; three sisters, Nola Baker, Vickie (George) Whiting, and Cheryl (David) Woodman.

Visitation will take place Wednesday at Bannan Funeral Home from 11 a.m. until the funeral service at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Arnie Kirschner officiating.
