BEVERLY JEAN SPLEET

Beverly Jean Fleck was born April 18, 1936, in Lansing, Michigan to the late Allan and Melba (Kinsel) Fleck. On Dec. 3, 1955, she married Robert Spleet. She worked for the State of Michigan, retiring in 1994. Beverly was a member of All Saints Parish. She enjoyed needlepoint, crochet, sewing, quilting, cooking, camping, and enjoyed spending time at the Plaza Pool. Most importantly was spending time with family.

Surviving are her husband, Robert; five children, Robert Spleet Jr., Suzanne Cheng, Patricia (Thomas) Kelbaugh, Diane Spleet, John Spleet; five grandchildren, Crystal Spleet, Joseph (Susan) Kelbaugh, Ryan (Jennifer) Spleet, Amy (Chase) McCain, Lindsey (Keaton) Sprinkle; eight great-grandchildren, Kaylee, Jace, Rylan, Whitney, Lowel, Jackson, Chloe, Bryant; siblings, Shirley Lebrecque, Linda Cusick, Sharon Bruce, Joseph Fleck, James Fleck, Raymond (Marie) Fleck; brother-in-law, Donald Babcock; and sisters-in-law, Nancy Fleck and Patty Fleck.

Beverly was preceded in death by five siblings, Daniel Fleck, Ruby Babcock, Thomas Fleck, Marva Ziesman, and Allan Fleck.

Memorial visitation will take place Tuesday at Bannan Funeral Home from 2-8 p.m. with a parish prayer service at 7 p.m. Visitation will continue Wednesday at St. Anne Church of All Saints Parish from 10 a.m. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Michael Lingaur officiating.
