THOMAS ARTHUR TEWS

Thomas was born in Detroit on Feb. 1, 1951, to the late Frederick and Arvilla (Grant) Tews and married Lois Minnie on Sept. 7, 1971. Tom enjoyed wrenching on his mustangs, playing poker on Monday nights and working in his garden.

Surviving are his wife Lois, two children, Thomas (Rebecca) Tews, Melissa (Rich Valdez) Tews; four granddaughters, Kaydee, Kaylee, Kaylynn, Klairadee; two great-grandchildren, Arianna, Vincent Thomas; four siblings, Fred (Glenda) Tews, Danny Tews, Ron (Patti) Tews, Doug (Pat) Tews; several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Thomas and his mother Arvilla will take place at the American Legion on Saturday, September 24, 2022, from 4-8 p.m. Cremation arrangements have been made by the Bannan Funeral Home.
