MILLARD ALLEN

Millard was born May 11, 1949, to the late Alfred and Leona (McKenzie) Allen. He was a lifelong resident of the area other than his time serving in the Navy during Vietnam. He worked in the woods cutting pulpwood and did lawn care for many years. Millard was an animal lover who loved to tell a good joke and was known to indulge in a prank or two.

Millard is survived by four siblings, Walter Allen of Ossineke, Joseph Allen of Alpena, David Allen of Ossineke, and Lillian Eackright of Omaha, Nebraska and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother Alonzo.

Millard is at McWilliams Funeral Home where family will receive friends on Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2022, from 4-8 p.m. Visitation will resume on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. Condolences can be registered online at mcwilliamsfh.com.
