JOANNE L. KOWALSKI

After a long life spent loving and living life to the fullest, Joanne L. Kowalski (Smith, Tacia) has made her heavenly journey home! She passed peacefully in Sacramento California where she had resided with her loving husband Julian Kowalski (1923-2019). Joanne was blessed with four children. David Smith, Brenda Reed, Julie Ruano (1960-2004) and Shari Tinnin. Joanne has 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother! Until we meet again mom…….
