GEORGE FRANKLIN REO SR
Mr. George Franklin Reo Sr, 82 of Alpena, Michigan died peacefully at MyMichigan Medical Center Alpena on June 18, 2022. He was born on May 9, 1940 to Joseph and Goldie Reo in Alpena, Michigan. He resided most of his life in Alpena and worked as a self-employed journey carpenter all over the United States. He was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Alpena. George’s passion was his work, but when he wasn’t working, he enjoyed playing euchre and time on the lake fishing. He will be deeply missed.
George is survived by his children, Vicki (Shawn) Dice of White Lake; George Franklin (Diane) Reo Jr of Hillman; Michelle Reo of Jackson; Anthony (Dawn) Reo of Cheboygan; James Reo of Alpena; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; siblings, Patsy Cripps; Elaine Clark; and James Reo. He was preceded in death by parents, Joseph and Goldie Reo.
