ERIK WILLIAM LUNDQUIST
Erik William Lundquist, 39, of Alpena passed away following an extended illness, Wednesday, July 13, 2022, at his home surrounded by his loving family and friends.
Erik was born Oct. 4, 1982, in Alpena to William and Deborah (Piontkowski) Lundquist. He enjoyed gardening, interior decorating, crafts, and loved his dogs.
Surviving are his parents, Bill and Debbie Lundquist; two brothers, Ian (Gretchen) Lundquist, Kevin (Jessica) Lundquist; grandmother, Margaret Piontkowski; five nieces and one nephew, Kennedy, Hunter, and Cooper Lundquist, Aailyah Glowinski, Dash and Larkin Lundquist; aunts and uncles, Chuck Piontkowski, Terry Piontkowski, Jay (Connie) Lundquist, Mike Lundquist, Kathy Piontkowski, Paula Lundquist; cousins, Christopher and Kim Piontkowski, Stacey (Willie) Piontkowski, Todd Lundquist, Tracie and Phil Gunning, children Kiara and Lexi; great-aunt Beverly Olsen; and boyfriend, Brock Bain.
Erik was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert and Bette Lundquist, Clarence Piontkowski; two uncles, Jamie Lundquist and Rick Lundquist.
Memorial visitation will take place Friday, July 22, 2022, at Bannan Funeral Home from 2 p.m. until the memorial service at 7 p.m. with the Rev. Michael Lingaur officiating.
