MARIANNE KALIVODA HALL
Marianne Kalivoda “Kellie” Hall, age 90, of Rogers City, passed away at MyMichigan Medical Center in Alpena Sunday, May 1, 2022 following a stroke on Thursday.
Kellie was born Oct. 9, 1931 in Oak Park, Illinois to Joseph and Olive (Hoppe) Kalivoda.
She graduated in 1953 from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota with her bachelor’s degree in Economics. In August of 1954 she married Beach Hall.
Kellie is survived by her husband, Beach; daughter, Veronica Frost; son, David (Lynn) Hall; one granddaughter; daughter-in-law, Marlene Hall; former daughter-in-law, Carol Holzchu-Hall and a niece, Jeanne Kalivoda-Meyers.
She was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth Hall and her brother, Jack Kalivoda. Beck Funeral Home will announce the date for her celebration of life at Westminster Presbyterian Church later this summer.
Memorials may be given to Westminster Presbyterian Church Endowment Fund or Hall Fund for Northeast Michigan in Memory of Kellie Hall. Both charities may be found at cfnem.org (Community Foundation of Northeast Michigan).
