HIER, Barbara Ann, 84, of Alpena, died Saturday, May 28, 2022 at Sunrise of Cascade in Grand Rapids.
Surviving are her son, Christopher (Aimee); three grandchildren, Abby, CJ, Maggie; sister, Janet (Michael) Peirce; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will take place Monday, June 6, 2022, at St. Bernard Church of All Saints Parish from 10 a.m. until the time of the Mass of Christian Burial at 12 p.m. with the Rev. Tylor Bischoff officiating. Arrangements are being handled by the Bannan Funeral Home. A complete obituary will be announced in a future edition of The Alpena News.
Interment: Holy Cross Cemetery
