ULCH, Byron Scott, 54, of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, died Sunday, April 3, 2022.
Surviving are his three children, Brandy (Bobbie) Ulch, Kendra (Ryan) Kroll, Derick (Candice Guitar); four grandchildren, Logan, Isabella, Adam, Zayne; mother, Carol Ulch; three siblings, Annette (Dennis) Kindt, Patricia Smith, Penny Dowling; special friend, Danielle Turnbill; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will take place later. Cremation arrangements have been made by the Bannan Funeral Home.
