EUNICE MARIE KRUEGER

Eunice Marie Hammermeister was born Oct. 11, 1932, in Hubbard Lake to the late Adolph and Florence (Bushey) Hammermeister. On Sept. 29, 1951, she married John Krueger. Together they were blessed with 51 years before his death on April 24, 2002. Eunice was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church. She enjoyed tending to her flower gardens, polka dancing, wintering in Florida, and spending time with family.

Surviving are her son, Kenneth Krueger; daughter Vicky (Joe) Souva; daughter-in-law, Sandy Krueger; seven grandchildren, Melissa Krueger, Douglas (Jessica) Krueger, Paul (Anna) Krueger, James (Emily) Krueger, Becky (Jamie) Meyer, Terry (Becky) Souva, Jason (Patsy Minton) Souva; 12 great-grandchildren, Riley, Annabelle, Xavier, Quinten, Hunter, Lincoln, Madilynn, Drew, C.J., Alexis, Aubrey, Allie; sisters, Kathleen (Oliver) DeRocher, Elaine (Jack) Pearcey; and brother, Fred (Annette) Hammermeister.

Eunice was preceded in death by her son, Dennis Krueger and sister, Pauline LeClair.

Visitation will take place Friday at St. Matthew Lutheran Church from 10 a.m. until the funeral service at 12 p.m. with the Rev. Leslie Nye officiating. Arrangements have been made by the Bannan Funeral Home.

Interment: Wolf Creek Cemetery
