Dave is survived by four children, Wayne (Karen), David (Barbie), Donna Miller, and Lyle Haske; 16 Grandchildren, Nathan Montgomery, Levi (Melissa), Joshua Haske, Evan (Amy) Haske, Jordan Haske, Ruth Haske, Adah (Dakota) Heykoop, Samuel Haske, Tessa Haske, Lydia Haske, Brad (Emily), Megan (Travis) Peltz, Austin Haske, Paige Haske, Feather Miller, and Nicole Miller; 10 great-grandchildren.
