GEORGE WELLS
George Wells, 92, of Naples, Florida and formerly of Alpena, passed away peacefully on Sept. 21, 2021. Born to Albert & Thelma on Aug. 12, 1929 in Benzonia, Michigan.
He was predeceased by his wife of 48 years, Patricia (nee Keillor), his son, George (Spike), two Grandchildren (Terry Lynn and Danielle), three brothers, two sisters, one son-in-law and one brother-in-law.
He is survived by four daughters, Brenda (Larry) Richard of Alpena, Katherine (Terry) Armstrong of Bay City, Michigan, Phyllis LaMay (Blane) of Hickory, North Carolina and Holly (Jerry) Schober of Naples, Florida. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, two brothers, five sisters, his brother and sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date in the Frankfort, Michigan area.
