WILLIAM (BILLY) E. ARPIN
William (Billy) Arpin, age 58, of Alpena, passed away on July 26, 2021. Billy was born to Carrie and William (Bill) E. Arpin on May 18, 1963. He is survived by his beloved cat, Croissant, his sisters, Charlotte Allen, Judi (Fred) Hart, and Dixie Hayes as well as several nieces and nephews. His nieces Carrie (Brian) Kane, Molina Allen, and Kezia Allen took great care of him during his illness.
Billy has been taken to Karpus-Hunter Funeral Home to be cremated as per his wishes. A private service will be held for immediate family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family to help with final expenses. Condolences may be shared with the family at karpushuntercares.com
