Thomas Mark of Ann Arbor, Michigan passed away on Thursday, April 8 at the age of 83. He was born in Riverview, Michigan to the late Albert and Madeline (McLinden) Mark. After graduation from Alpena High School, he served in the Army and later moved to Ann Arbor where he was employed at the Ford Motor Co. in Ypsilanti.
He is survived by his siblings Douglas (Jean), of Dexter, Michigan, Audrey (Jerry) Compeau of Alpena, Michigan, June Kramer, of Georgetown, Texas, and Shirley Booth of Rockwall, Texas, plus many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother Donald.
After retirement, Tom had courageously battled cancer. Even with his health problems. Tom still kept an active interest in all that was going on around him. He will be greatly missed -- especially his dry sense of humor.
Tom has been taken to Generations Crematorium in Farmington Hills, Michigan per his wishes. Family and friends will gather to celebrate Tom's life at a later date.
