NORMA JEAN SMITH

Norma Jean Munroe was born on Oct. 16, 1932 in Herron, Michigan to the late Albert and Leah (Clearwood) Munroe. On Aug. 1, 1953, she married Ronald Smith. Norma was a member of First United Methodist Church, Joy Fellowship, and VFW Auxiliary.

Surviving are her husband, Ronald, four children, Rick (Denise) Smith, Lori (Gary) Conard, Beth (Tim) Buse, Jodi (Brent) Herman, eight grandchildren, Jacquelyn (Wei-Yand) Lin, Brynne (Joe) Masotti, Chelsea Conard, Anna (Matt) McCalpin, Jennifer (Curt) Newhouse, Jeffrey (Terra) McDonald, Alexa Herman, Breanna Herman, 10 great-grandchildren, Harper, Tannah, Gianna, Andrea, Addie, Wes, Clara, Colin, Ashliegh, Zach, and sister, Theresa Weed.

Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her two sisters, Lucille Napper, Mera Arsenault, two brothers, James Munroe and Norman Munroe.

Visitation will take place Friday at Bannan Funeral Home from 2-6 p.m. and continue at First United Methodist Church on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the funeral service at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Seok Nam Lim officiating.

Inurnment: Evergreen Cemetery

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church or Friends Together.
