KATHRYN KAISER
It is with deep sadness to announce the passing away of Kathryn Kaiser, age 64, on Wednesday, May 6, 2020, at home in Orlando, Florida.
Kathy was born to Thomas and Germaine (Bronikowski) Kaiser on Nov. 26, 1955. She graduated from Alpena High School in 1973. She attended Alpena Community College and Aquinas College in Grand Rapids. Kathy taught at St. Francis Catholic School in Traverse City, Michigan for one year before moving to Florida. For the next 40 years, she taught children at St. John Vianney and then for the Orange County Public School System. Words cannot express the positive and profound influence Kathy had on her students, their parents and her colleagues. Kathy enjoyed life and liked to travel. She had been to Europe and Hawaii and would annually go on a cruise. Kathy never met a stranger. She was an animal lover and a friend to all dogs.
Kathy is survived by her father: Thomas and his wife Joan, of New Port Richey, Florida and her mother: Germaine, of Alpena. She is survived by her two brothers Thomas (LeeAnn) Kaiser Atlanta, Michigan and William Kaiser, of Alpena, Michigan; her two nieces Elizabeth and husband Kyle, of Savannah, Georgia and Jessica, of Alpena, Michigan; her aunt Phyllis Wyman of Alpena, Michigan; aunt and uncle Joseph and Ruth Keller of Lakeland, Florida as well as several cousins.
There will be a celebration of Kathy’s life schedule in the near future. Arrangements will be handled by the Karpus-Hunter Funeral Home.
