DEBRA K. ADAMS

Deb was born Feb. 7, 1953 to the late Arleigh and Janet Smith. She married Michael E. Adams July 23, 1977. They resided in Spruce, Michigan and had one son Michael C. Adams.

Deb was a woman that loved spending time with her family and friends. She loved traveling with her husband, working in her flowers, playing cards and doing crafts with friends.

Deb is survived by her husband Michael of 42 years, one son, Michael of Pennsylvania, one sister, Sharon (Jim) Rueter, of Colorado, two brothers, Tom (Laurie) Smith, of Alpena, and Tim (Barb) Smith, of Lachine.

There will be a Memorial Service Friday, Sept. 13, 2019 at New Life Lutheran Church, 25 Kirche in the Woods, Spruce, Michigan. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until the Memorial Service at 1 p.m. Rev. Christina Bright will officiate. Memorial donations are suggested to Friends Together, Alpena, Alpena Senior Citizen Center, New Life Lutheran Church, or Hospice of Michigan. Cremation arrangements were made through Gillies Funeral Home, Lincoln.
