MARY J. LOUGHERY

Mary J. Norton was born Nov. 29, 1927, to the late Leo R. and Iva M. (Borst) Norton. On Nov. 2, 1946, she married James H. Loughery. He preceded her in death on July 5, 2006. Mary was a member of First United Methodist Church and enjoyed bowling.

Surviving are her four children, Barbara Stepaniak, David (Peggy) Loughery, Debra (Dennis) Dorr, Steven (Karen) Loughery; nine grandchildren, Craig (Vicky) Stepaniak, Kevin (Rhonda) Stepaniak, Jeremy Stepaniak, David Loughery, Daniel Loughery, Patrick Loughery, Adam (Heidi St. Charles) Dorr, Abby (Scott Ross) Dorr, Brooke (Charlie Oliver) Loughery; sven great-grandchildren, Kayla Stepaniak, Brendan Stepaniak, Tyler Stepaniak, Jessica Stepaniak, Phoenix Loughery, Gavin Ross, Jordyn Ross; brother, Gary (Beth) Norton; and sister, Judy (Roy) Middleditch.

Mrs. Loughery was preceded in death by three brothers, Leo Richard Norton Jr., Charles Norton, and Robert Norton.

A private service took place with Rev. Susan Platt officiating. Arrangements have been handled by the Bannan Funeral Home. The family would like to thank the special staff at Sally’s Care Home.
