MARGARET U. NAYLOR

Margaret Nuttle was born Jan. 24, 1926, in Alpena to the late Barney and Lucy (Updegraff) Nuttle. She married William Naylor on Sept. 15, 1945. He preceded her in death on Dec. 13, 2008. Margaret joined First Congregational United Church of Christ on April 3, 1938, being the longest member until her death. She was a former active member of the Eastern Stars, Alpena Chapter 341 joining in September of 1975. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, playing cards and bingo.

Surviving are her two sons, Bill (Debbie) Naylor, Philip Naylor; three grandchildren, Michael (Marcee) Naylor, Christopher (Jessica) Naylor, Laura (Nathan) Badour; eight great-grandchildren, Destiny, Clayton, Madelyn, Parker, James, Jaden, Samantha, Krissy; two great-greatgrandchildren, Paeton and Nolan; sister, Barbara Coleman; and many nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Naylor was preceded in death by her son, John (Kay) Naylor; two sisters, Dorothy Nowicki and Jean Jordan.

Visitation will take place at the Bannan Funeral Home on Wednesday from 2-6 p.m. and continue Thursday at First Congregational United Church of Christ from 10 a.m. until the funeral service at 11 a.m. with Rev. Paul Lance officiating. The family would like to thank Pam Morrison and the care providers at Morrison AFC for the excellent care that they took of Margaret for the past two years.
