ST. CHARLES, Fredrick Arthur, 66, of Alpena died Monday, Oct. 14, 2013, at Alpena Regional Medical Center.
He is survived by his wife, Arlis; two daughters, Amy (Dennis Budnick Jr.) St. Charles, Heidi (Adam Dorr) St. Charles and his mother, Florence St. Charles, all of Alpena.
He is at McWilliams Funeral Home – Alpena where family and friends can visit on Wednesday from 2-8 p.m. and on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Alpena with Rev.
