Alpena- MediLodge of Alpena is proud to announce that it has been recognized with the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) Silver National Quality Award, a significant milestone that reflects the organizations ongoing commitment to quality care, continuous improvement, and excellence in resident outcomes.
The AHCA/NCAL Quality Award Program honors long-term care providers across the nation that demonstrate dedication to improving the lives of residents through a rigorous performance improvement process. The Silver Award recognizes organizations that have built strong organizational systems and approaches that lead to sustainable quality outcomes.
“This recognition is a testament to the dedication, compassion, and professionalism of our entire team,” said George Sobeck, Administrator of MediLodge of Alpena. “Every day, our staff goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care and support to our residents and their families. MediLodge of Alpena is especially proud to be one of only seven skilled nursing facilities in Michigan to receive the AHCA/NCAL Silver Award this year. This distinction places MediLodge of Alpena among an elite group of providers recognized for their commitment to quality improvement, operational excellence, and exceptional resident care.
