ALPENA -- Preliminary examinations for Benjamin Mckinnon, 46, and Heather Phillips, 42, were both adjourned on Wednesday in the 88th District Court in Alpena.
Mckinnon is charged with five weapons felonies and four controlled substance possession felonies. He was given a $50,000 cash/surety bond
Phillips is charged with controlled substance possession (narcotic/cocaine) less than 25 grams and controlled substance - maintaining a drug house. She was given a $10,000 personal recognizance bond.
Phillips' preliminary examination was rescheduled for 2:30 p.m. on Sept. 29. Mckinnon's was rescheduled for 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 9.
