ALPENA -- The Friends of Plaza Pool is hosting a euchre tournament on Sept. 20 at the Alpena Eagles Club. Doors to the event open at noon, play starts at 1 p.m. There is a $20 entry fee for each player and a $1 high- game entry.
There will also be a 50/50 drawing, door prizes, and food. Participants must be at least 18 years old to play. All proceeds will be used to benefit the Friends of Plaza Pool.
