On Tuesday from 1 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. the ACC Lifelong Learners will host Teri List who will share her experience of Climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro – the tallest mountain in Africa and the tallest free standing mountain on earth with her two daughters and what it taught her.

Please join in ACC Madeline Briggs Center 140 to hear about a mother-daughter adventure in Tanzania. List technically is retired from a long finance career that spanned many companies and locations. She keeps busy sitting on boards of major companies like Microsoft, Visa, Danaher and lululemon. She spent much of her career in consumer companies, including Procter & Gamble, Kraft Foods, and Gap, Inc. Over the course of her career, she had the good fortune of traveling the world, visiting over 55 countries. She has two married daughters and a beautiful granddaughter. So far, only one daughter has inherited her adventurous travel gene – but there is hope for her granddaughter. For more information contact Coordinator Wendy Payne at 703-472-5862
