July 13
1:16 a.m. A suspicious vehicle is reported driving up and down the road in Avery Township. A deputy responded to the area but was unable to locate the vehicle.
12:54 p.m. A caller reports that someone had left stumps on their property in Albert Township. A deputy spoke with the subject on the phone and sorted the issue out.
1:28 p.m. A residential burglary alarm is reported in Briley Township. A deputy responded, but the alarm was triggered by someone purchasing the residence.
10:10 p.m. A single vehicle accident is reported in Hillman Township. Deputies responded, and the vehicle was towed.
10:18 p.m. A vehicle/deer accident was reported in Albert Township. A report was made.
July 14
12:27 p.m. A caller in Montmorency Township says her neighbor is in her yard with a gun. Deputies respond and speak with both parties. The man later returns, and deputies return. The neighbor is taken into his family's custody.
1:31 p.m. A disabled semi-truck was reported in the roadway in Loud Township. Deputies and a trooper responded, and the trooper followed the truck into an adjoining jurisdiction.
2:03 p.m. A vehicle/bear accident is reported in Vienna Township. A deputy responded.
4:45 p.m. A dog that is possibly in distress is reported in Briley Township. Deputies respond, and the dog appears to be okay.
4:53 p.m. A civil dispute regarding a neighbor messing with the caller's WiFi. A deputy responded.
6:30 p.m. A welfare check was requested in Briley Township. A deputy responded, but nobody was home. An individual later confirmed that the subject is staying with a friend at this time.
6:31 p.m. A welfare check is requested in Briley Township. A deputy responded, and the subject was found to be fine.
9:18 p.m. A loose dog is reported in Briley Township. A deputy responded and issued a citation.
July 15
10:58 a.m. A vehicle vs. ATV crash was reported in Hillman Township. MCSO deputies, MSP Trooper and Hillman EMS all responded to the scene. The driver of the ATV was transported to the hospital by Hillman EMS for his injuries.
July 16
10:30 a.m. An animal at large complaint was filed with MCSO. Contact was made with the owner of the dogs, and he was advised his dogs need to be on a leash when not in his yard.
7:25 p.m. A vehicle/deer accident was reported in Loud Township; a report was taken.
9:58 p.m. A concerned resident reported her daughter walking in Briley Township who was no longer answering her phone. A deputy located the female and was able to give her a ride home.
10:07 p.m. A welfare check was requested on a male in Hillman Township after friends could not reach him on his phone. Deputies were able to make contact and found the male to be okay.
July 17
2:18 p.m. A puppy is found on the side of the road in Vienna Township. A deputy responded and took the puppy to the animal shelter.
7:26 p.m. A pair of suspicious individuals are reported in Briley Township sitting in a parking lot asking people to buy them gas. A deputy responded and bought them some gas.
8:01 p.m. An adjoining jurisdiction requested we check an address for a suspect in their investigation. Deputies responded but did not make contact w/ the suspect.
July 18
9:32 a.m. Someone speaks with deputies in the lobby about a dispute they are having with a cohabitant in Briley Township. A deputy attempted to call the cohabitant but was unable to make contact.
10:20 a.m. Someone enters the lobby to report that someone shot his vehicle with a pellet gun. A deputy spoke with him and a report was made.
2:59 p.m. An individual falls out of his parked vehicle in Albert Township. Deputies and EMS responded, and the individual was arrested for OWI.
11:08 p.m. A dispute between stepfather and stepson is reported in Albert Township. Deputies responded, and the parties separated for the night.
July 19
6:34 a.m. A vehicle/deer is reported in Briley Township. A report was made.
7:25 a.m. A vehicle/deer accident is reported in Briley Township. A report was made, and a deputy removed the deer from the roadway.
11:56 a.m. An individual from Avery Township enters the lobby and speaks with an officer about a civil dispute that is currently going on.
1:32 p.m. A caller complains about people racing up and down the roadway in Hillman Township. A deputy responded and warned the subjects.
1:42 p.m. A report of a camper and other materials is made in Albert Township. A deputy responds but nobody is around.
7:34 p.m. An abandoned vehicle is reported in Albert Township. A deputy responded and issued an abandoned vehicle notice.
9:16 p.m. An erratic driver going nearly 100mph is reported in Briley Township. Deputies respond and stop the vehicle.
