ALPENA — Contractors lay new cement in the sheep and goat barn at the Alpena County Fairgrounds on Tuesday. The project was funded by the Alpena County Fair Society through its Crash with a Cause Fundraiser and additional community sponsorship. The Fair Society sends out a special thank-you to Bryan DeCare Masonry for completing this project in time for the upcoming Alpena County Fair.
