ALPENA – Starting today, the alley behind John Boys Restaurant between 9th Avenue and 10th Avenue will be closed for the cleanup of the buildings that were involved in a fire on Chisholm Street. Work should be completed in one (1) week unless weather or construction delays occur. Barricades will be present to guide traffic
