ALPENA — NOAA’s Thunder Bay National Marine Sanctuary Advisory Council will meet on April 28 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Great Lakes Maritime Heritage Center in Alpena. The public is invited to attend. The meeting agenda includes regular council business; Warfighter Scuba films; a presentation by Cassandra Sadler on the Newell A. Eddy shipwreck; and updates from NOAA staff on Thunder Bay National Marine Sanctuary programs, upcoming events, and research. Public comment will take place at approximately 7:50 p.m.
