The Alpena Public Schools board of education will still be meeting at 5:30 p.m. Monday in the Alpena High School Wildcat Den despite the daytime school closure, according to an update from APS Director of Communications Lee Fitzpatrick. The annual strategic planning summit will follow the meeting.

The meeting is open to the public and public comment is welcome.
