The Alpena Community College board of trustees will hold their regular meeting beginning at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday on the fourth floor of the Charles R. Donnelly Natural Resources Center. A closed session of the board will immediately follow the start of the meeting for the board to consult with attorneys regarding trial or settlement strategy in connection with pending litigation.

The board will meet at 5:30 p.m. for a tour of the welding and manufacturing labs prior to the start of the regular meeting.

Agenda items include bids for website redesign and content management system services, authorization for the president to sign agreements for the solar array project, and the purchase of pavers for WCCT sidewalk.

The meeting is open to the public and public comment is welcome.
