Alpena – Target Alpena and the Lake Huron Regional Development Corporation are hosting a Free Housing Expo designed to support first-time homebuyers, renters transitioning into ownership, and residents seeking guidance on navigating today’s housing market.

The event will take place on Monday from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at The APlex in Alpena.

This community-focused event will bring together local lenders, real estate professionals, homebuyer assistance counselors, and housing support organizations.

Attendees will receive practical guidance on budgeting, mortgage readiness, improving credit, down payment assistance programs, and understanding the full home-buying process from start to finish.
