The rear parking lot behind City Hall will be closed all day on Friday for the annual Trunk-or-Treat event. Vehicles must be removed from the lot Thursday evening so the City can place barricades for the event. Any vehicles left in this area may be towed at owner’s expense. The parking lot will remain closed until after the Trunk-or-Treat concludes at approximately 8 p.m.
