The Saginaw Veterans Affairs Health Care System will host a veteran town hall and resource fair from 6 to 8 p.m. Nov. 13 at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2496, 2900 Connon St., Alpena.

The event will feature a presentation on the Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics Act, more commonly known as the PACT Act, and a chance for participants to speak with VA leaders, to find out about eligibility for VA health care, to learn about toxic exposure claims and other benefit information.

The event also will feature toxic exposure screening and more.
