Priority Health coverage expands to Northern Michigan

Tens of thousands of Medicaid members who live in the northern lower peninsula now have the opportunity to choose Priority Health for their health care plan, according to a Monday news release from Priority Health. Priority Health Choice Medicaid is the only lower peninsula health plan to receive the highest possible Medicaid quality rating from the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services (MDHHS), the statement said.

Priority Health Choice Medicaid is now available to those living in Alcona, Alpena, Antrim, Benzie, Charlevoix, Crawford, Emmet, Grand Traverse, Iosco, Kalkaska, Leelanau, Manistee, Missaukee, Montmorency, Ogemaw, Oscoda, Otsego, Presque Isle, Roscommon and Wexford counties.
