Residents in the Alpena area 18 years and older, are invited to take an online Community Health Needs Assessment from MyMichigan Health, the Midland-based nonprofit that owns the Alpena hospital. The survey is open now through Sept. 20, for those living in Alcona, Alpena, Montmorency, Presque Isle, and other counties throughout the state.

The completed Community Health Needs Assessment report is expected to be shared publicly on the MyMichigan website by the end of June 2025. Those interested in taking the Community Health Perceptions Survey may visit mymichigan.org/chna2024
