Rally on Saturday for Alpena Library supporters

A group of local supporters of the Alpena County Library property tax renewal is hosting a rally on Saturday at 1 p.m. The rally will begin at the Alpena County Courthouse and the crowd will march downtown and end at the library. People who support the local library are welcome to attend.
