Wildlife Rehabilitator Melisa Smith brings the squirrels in on Tuesdays from 4 to 6 p.m. for a program called Paws to Read, made to enhance children’s literacy skills and boost their confidence by reading to furry friends. July 23 and 30 are the last two days participants will be able to sign up and reserve a session before the program concludes.
