ALPENA THUNDERSTRUCK FASTPITCH TOURNEY THIS WEEKEND

This upcoming weekend, July 26 to 28, we will have 28 teams from across the state in Alpena competing in four different age divisions in the 14th Annual Alpena Thunderstruck fastpitch softball tournament.

The age groups will be competing at different locations.

The 10 and 12U teams will be playing at our McRae Complex at 1301 N 2nd Ave.

The 14U teams will be playing at the Alpena Huron Shores Babe Ruth Complex at 4389 U.S.-23 N.

The high school division will be playing at the Alpena High School Complex at 3303 S. 3rd Ave., but the entrance to the field is off Bagley Street.

AHS BOYS TENNIS TRYOUT AUG. 12 – 15

The Alpena High School boys tennis tryouts will be held on Monday, Aug. 12 through Thursday, Aug. 15 from 3 to 5 p.m. on the courts at the high school.

Players must have a sports physical before the day of tryouts. No experience is needed. We are a no-cut program.
