The Alpena Public Schools Board of Education will at 5:30 p.m. Monday hold a public hearing on its final 2023-24 budget and its preliminary 2024-25 budget.

The meeting takes place at the district headquarters at 2373 Gordon Road, Alpena.

The board is expected to approve the budgets Monday.

Other action on the agenda includes consideration of a bid for flooring at the district’s central office, continued discussion of the district’s strategic plan, and a closed-session discussion of Superintendent Dave Rabbideaus’s annual evaluation.
