Water safety discussion held in the evening

An in-person public information forum is taking place at Alpena Community College’s VanLare Building in room 121 today, starting at 7 p.m.

The discussion roundtable will have about four speakers from different departments of the government and other conservation groups, along with a moderator, to discuss topics such as how they got into their careers, what types of pollutants can go into the water, and how anybody can help out to protect the safety of public water.
