The Alpena Power Co. stated in a press release that Hillman will experience brief power outages at around 2:15 a.m. today and 2 a.m. Monday for maintenance on the power line.
The maintenance will be performed by the International Transmission Co. to transfer Hillman's power to a substation located on King Settlement Road.
ITC anticipates the completion of maintenance by Sunday, but Alpena Power customers will experience an outage on Monday when the power system is put back to work.
