ALPENA — Alpena Civic Theatre is hosting auditions for Meredith Willson’s “The Music Man” at noon on Saturday, Feb. 17, and at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 18.

Roles are available for young performers ages 8 and older, and adults. There are various ensemble and featured roles.

Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes appropriate for movement. Auditioners will be taught a song and a brief piece of dance movement. Those interested in a featured role will be expected to read from the script.

Show dates are May 9 through 12, and May 16 through 19.
