The Alpena High School girls' golf team was honored with one spot on the All-State Team plus Regional Team All-Academic.
The Michigan High School Golf Coaches Association has officially recognized Lilly Gembel, a senior from AHS, as a member of the Individual Academic All-State Team.
Additionally, the Girls Golf Regional Team has been awarded academic all-state honors. This distinguished group consists of senior Sydney Silver, freshman Grace Bouchard, sophomore Jami Richards, senior Lilly Gembel, and junior Katie Bushey.
Their outstanding academic achievements in Division 2 have been duly acknowledged.
