Donakowski steps down from Brown Trout presidency

The Michigan Brown Trout Festival Board announced in a press release over the weekend that longtime festival president Peggy Donakowski has decided to not run for president and Phil Paquette was elected to replace her.

The press release also said planning for the 2024 festival has begun.
