Bus19-A in the Wilson Township area is not running for secondary and elementary schools this afternoon due to staffing shortages. Alpena Public Schools announced today. If a student is absent due to lack of transportation it is considered an excused absence. Parents can check student bus route information at ParentVUE on either the APS app or website. From there, they can select a student, go to student information, and click on additional information for bus route information. It is unknown at this time if the bus will run its route tomorrow
